Shipping Policy – Steadyhands

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information or pickup instructions.

During high-volume periods (new drops, promotions, or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Local Pickup (Steadyhands Shop)

We offer free local pickup for customers who prefer to collect their order in person.

How it works:

  • Select “Local Pickup” at checkout

  • You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup

  • Please wait for confirmation before arriving

Pickup Hours:

  • Monday: 10AM – 2PM

  • Tuesday – Saturday: 9AM – 7PM (appointments only hours still apply inside)

  • Sunday: 12PM – 5PM

Please bring your order confirmation email at the time of pickup.

Orders not picked up within 7 days may be canceled or restocked.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.
For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Steadyhands is not responsible for packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly.

Need help? Reach out—we’ll assist where we can.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right.

Return Policy – Steadyhands

At Steadyhands, we stand behind the quality of every product we offer. For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
This applies to all products, both in-store and online.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

To assist you quickly, include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Order Accuracy

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Steadyhands is not responsible for errors made during checkout, including incorrect product selection or shipping information.

Refused or Unclaimed Orders

Orders that are refused, unclaimed, or not picked up (for local pickup) may be restocked at our discretion. No refunds will be issued.
