using coupons
To use a coupon or promo code online, type the six-digit code or cut and paste your unique code into the space provided on the cart page. Unique codes must appear exactly, including dashes and case. Each coupon can only be applied once per order. If the promotion has expired or has not started, you will see a message that your coupon code is not valid at this time. If you receive a message that the criteria for the promotion have not been met, please review the terms of the offer. If the offer is specific to a loyalty program, you will be prompted to login with your card number.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

All cosmetics, hair products and other beauty products: Due to health and hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns of these items.

In the case of receiving a damaged item(s) or shipping back damages, please contact Customer Service prior to taking any actions.

Store credit will be issued in the same amount as the purchase prices of the placed order.

Shipping is refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly, damaged, or defective.
